Our new barn stall mate is not of the equine nature.  He has been a frequent visitor though.  Roo is supposed to be hanging out at the hay barn and only passing through my barn.  My human has told me that he will be “living” in my barn.  The stall is now called the Ritz for a feline.  He has a new cat tree which does not look like any tree I have ever seen.  There is even a bale of hay in there for him to lie on so he feels right at home as if he is hanging out on the hay stack.  It appears he is sporting a splint on his leg.  I did over hear something about being stepped on by a horse and broken bones.  Can you imagine that!  My friends and I being accused!  Well, I am not taking any blame.  Yes, I have pinned my ears and taken a swift kick at any intruder in my personal space.  But to deliberately plant my hoof on Roo, never!
